Shipping Policy

Customers may return new, unopened products sold by exdsupply.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • EXDSupply currently ships to the continental U.S. only.
  • Shipping is Prepaid on all orders of $50 or more
  • All orders will ship via UPS Ground.

Return Policy

Customers may return new, unopened products sold by exdsupply.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund. exdsupply.com’s (“EXDSupply”, “we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies are applicable only to products purchased directly from exdsupply.com.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting EXDSupply Customer Service via email at customerservice@exodusdirect.com.

EXDSupply will not hold responsibility for any products returned without proper authorization. Products received without proper authorization will be refused.

All returned products are subject to EXDSupply’s inspection. Only returned products in original/saleable condition at the time of receipt by EXDSupply are eligible for refund.

Any return will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Refunds are for the cost of product only, do not include any return shipping cost and expense.

Any or all returned products that are not in new saleable condition at the time of receipt by EXDSupply will subject to a refurbishing charge of up to 100% of the product cost.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid to EXDSupply unless otherwise specified and documented by our customer service.

If upon inspection product(s) is not deemed defective, the customer will incur the freight cost. Emailing customer service photos of the suspected defect can frequently prevent or reduce cost associated with product returns. It is our intent to be as fair as possible in these situations.

Special care should be taken when repackaging product for return.

Delivered products that are received by the customer in less than perfect condition must be signed for as “damaged”. EXDSupply is not responsible for rejection of freight claims due to damage if the shipment has not been signed for as such. It is strongly recommended that the customer thoroughly inspects the shipment for damages and signs for as “damaged” if that is the case.

Refund process could take up to 3 weeks. Most refunds are refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
